Hong Kong World Tape Ball Cricket 8s - Jul 22 Review / Jul 29 Preview


Cricket Hong Kong hosted the Hong Kong World Tape Ball Cricket 8s  Pakistan qualifier Jinnah Cup ( Pool C )  last Sunday 22nd July 2018 at Po Kong Village Road Reservoir Ground  sponsored by Kowloon Zalmi Hong Kong , Tayyarah.com and Shaffi’s Indian Restaurant.

 5 teams with around 50 participants competed against each other on the day for the 2 spots in the Pakistan qualifiers Playoffs. Kwai Chung Stallions came top of the table with Kam Tin Cricket Club coming the second . These two teams will join the SSP All Stars and Geo Cricket Club in the Playoffs with the remaining two spots up for grab this coming Sunday where the remaining 5 teams will compete for it .  Below is the Points table of last Sunday:

Looking ahead to this weekend, we will see the final group of Pakistan Qualifier Jinnah Cup being played. After being washed out on 14th July, 2018, Pool B will be played this coming Sunday 29th July, 2018 at Po Kong Village Road Reservoir. 5 teams will be competing  for the remaining 2 spots in the Pakistan Qualifier Jinnah Cup Playoffs which will be played on Saturday 4th August, 2018.
