Cricket Hong Kong hosted their first U11 Softball Cricket tournament for girls at The Hong Kong Cricket Club on Wednesday 2nd May. Beacon Hill School, Bradbury School and Australian International School (2 teams) competed against each other in a round robin format.

This is the first Girls tournament aimed at increasing the number of girls playing the game with the second edition scheduled once again at Hong Kong Cricket Club on the 6th June.

"The tournament is a great way for players to participate, improve their skills, keep active and enjoy the social aspect of being involved on a fun filled day of cricket.”

"It was great to see so many people enjoying themselves, playing some excellent cricket and contributing to a highly successful day."

The tournament was played in a great spirit with Australian International School ‘Team 2’, remaining unbeaten in their fixtures and finishing in first place.
