Cricket Hong Kong and Association of Cricket Officials Hong Kong are excited to announce the ICC / CHK Level 1 Umpire Course. The course will be led by Qualified Umpire Educator and former ICC Panel of Development Umpire – Clive Howard

The course is the basic qualification recognised by the International Cricket Council, and is designed to Focus is on the Laws of Cricket and basic field technique. This course will enable umpires to enhance their ability to umpire in League Cricket and Junior Cricket. Umpires with a Level 0 Umpire Certificate, Umpiring Experience or membership of ACO will be preferred.

The 5x Zoom sessions starting on March 2^nd 2022, will cover the Laws of Cricket and with a Written Exam to be conducted on 6^th April. To complete the course participants will need to do a Field Assessment Session the date of which will be announced once the Covid19 Social Distancing Restrictions will be eased.
