Bowling first, KCC dismissed PACC for 150 with Ehsan Nawaz taking 4-35, while Dan Pascoe proved impossible to get away, taking 1-12 off 10 overs.
For PACC, it was a disappointing score after they had reached 44-0 in the 9th over. Four batsmen made it into the 20s but could not convert a score.
However, two early wickets in Kowloon's innings sparked belief in the visitors with the competition leaders 27-2.
But from there, it was one-way traffic, with Waqas Barkat and Jamie Atkinson plundering the bowling from that point on.
The duo put on a partnership of 128 in less than 14 overs to see KCC surpass the target inside 20 overs.
Atkinson's 55 off 44 balls included five sixes, while Barkat smashed 72 off 44 balls with 12 fours and 3 sixes. Remarkably - 128 runs of KCC's 155 were dealt in boundaries.
The win ensured KCC remain on top of the table and have a game in hand over nearest rivals Hong Kong Cricket Club.
That's despite HKCC also scoring a comfortable victory over the Cricket Hong Kong XI.
Giacomo Lamplough (56 off 73) and Scott McKechnie (61 off 77) helped get HKCC to 162-1 prior to the 30th over.
But the CHK XI fought back well, taking the nine remaining wickets to dismiss HKCC for 259. Karandeep Singh (3-34) and Mohammad Awais (3-56) took three wickets apiece.
In reply, a succession of wickets rocked the CHK XI chase from the start as they collapsed to 12-3, with left-arm spinner Tim Cutler (2-31) claiming two early scalps. Fellow spinner Ryan Buckley also proved difficult to handle, as he picked up 3-30.
