Nominations for Cricket Hong Kong, China Board of Directors for 2024 - 2025

In accordance with Article 11.5 of the Articles of Association of Cricket Hong Kong, China Limited the Chairman and Board of Cricket Hong Kong, China hereby invite interested persons to put their names forward for the following positions on the Board. Description of the role and duties of each of the positions are attached for attention:

• Director of Facilites

• Director of Finance

• Independent Director

• All nominations should be tendered in writing by 01 February 2024 and sent to CHK, China to either one of the following addresses. The nomination must state the office that person will hold.
