2019 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF CRICKET HONG KONG LIMITED

Dear Members

You are cordially invited to attend this year’s Annual General Meeting of Cricket Hong Kong Limited (“CHK”) on Saturday, 16 March 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Victoria Room III, 3/F, Regal Hong Kong Hotel, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The following documents are attached for your attention:

The biographies of director candidates nominated by the Nominations Committee and the Nomination Form for nomination of additional candidates will be available on CHK’s website. If there are more than 9 candidates for the election, a ballot form will be provided to the members for the election of directors after the closure of additional nomination of directors.
