In accordance with Article 11.5 of the Cricket Hong Kong Limited Articles of Association, nominations are called for to stand for election as Directors of Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 16 March 2019.

The Nominations Committee has previously published a list of the nominees selected to stand for election as provided for in Articles. The names of the nominees, the position they have been nominated for and their brief details may be found here: Nominations Committee Nominees

Senior and Ordinary Members may propose additional eligible candidates and submit the stipulated Nomination Form to the Company Secretary of CHK by email at nominations@hkcricket.org no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 6 March 2019.

The Company Secretary shall publish at CHK’s website a list containing the names of all the candidates standing for election of directors at the AGM. The published list shall also be made available to Members as soon as practicable after publication and at least 7 clear days before the AGM, i.e. on or before 8 March 2019.
