Less than 12 hours after arriving in Hong Kong, Australian World Cup winning captain Michael Clarke has already made in impact with local cricket community.
In an early morning session before most of the Hong Kong Women's and Dragons' squad were due at work. Clarke shared stories on his career and the key secrets to performing as a professional cricket player.
The session ran for just under two hours and was inspiring for the players fortunate enough to attend.
"It was a very inspiring talk for young Hong Kong cricketers," said Dragons player and coach James Chan.
"It reaffirmed to all of us just what it takes to play cricket at the top level and I know all the players took a lot from it."
"It's very generous of Michael to give us his time and share his knowledge - it's not every day you can learn from someone of his experience."
Clarke will also spend time with the Hong Kong men's squad, before turning his attention to playing in the DTC Hong Kong T20 Blitz with the Kowloon Cantons.
