The extremely popular CHK Premier League T20 tournament is back for the 2020-21 season, with the opening game less than two weeks away! The Hong Kong Cricket Club will face off against Diasqua Little Sai Wai on 18^th October, in what will be a re-match of their thrilling encounter last season!

The Premier League pits the 5 biggest clubs in Hong Kong against each other, and features the best cricketers that Hong Kong has to offer. It is the highest level of club cricket in the region, and therefore an opportunity for players to stake their claim for a spot in the national side.

Pakistan Association Cricket Club emerged as T20 champions last season, after beating Kowloon Cricket Club by just 1 wicket with two balls to spare in the final league game of the competition. Unfortunately only two games of the 2019-20 Premier League One Day tournament could be played, before the remainder of the season had to be scrapped due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

But with league cricket now resuming in Hong Kong, the 2020-21 edition of the PLT20 is set to return bigger and better than ever before. The coverage for this season’s PLT20 is going to be a step up above last season’s, with a 3-camera setup instead of just 1, and score overlays and graphics powered by CricHeroes. This season’s PLT20 also sees a Grand Final schedule for 22^nd November, which adds an extra incentive for the mid-table teams to fight for 2^nd place. This season’s tournament will be sponsored once again by Green Inc, whose continued support for the CHK PLT20 is greatly appreciated.

All matches will be live streamed via our social media channels, and you will be able to follow live scores on Cricinfo, CricHeroes and CricHQ! Spectators will not be allowed at the venues this season, as all games will adhere to the CHK COVID-19 Match Day Guidelines.
