Invitation to Tender – HKCA’s New Cricket Grounds: 2 Pitches for Senior and 1 Pitch for Junior/Women at Gin Drinkers Bay, Kwai Chung, New Territories

The Hong Kong Cricket Association (HKCA) has issued an open invitation to tender for constructing of new grounds, 2 pitches for Senior and 1 pitch for Junior/Women at Gin Drinkers Bay (formerly Kwai Chung Park), Kwai Chung, New Territories.

The scope of work includes the construction of new cricket grounds of approximate 39,000 m², installation of wickets, metal fencing and metal gates, new irrigation system for the turfs, etc.

Interested parties who hold the following qualifications are invited to submit the requisite documents for pre-qualification assessment:

1. A copy of your company business registration certificate and

2. A proof of Listed Public Works Contractors under Development Bureau, H.K.S.A.R.

And obtain the following tender documents from our Consultant’s office at Unit I, 27/F, MG Tower, 133 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon during office hours from 9am to 6am, Monday to Friday:

Bidders should send completed tender documents, including schedules or rates to the HKCA General Manager, Ms Pauline Cheung, by 12:00 noon on Friday, 15 July 2016.

Submissions can be sent BY HAND to the Hong Kong Cricket Association, 1019 Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
