Invitations were today posted to voting representatives regarding a General Meeting to pass a resolution changing the registered name of the company from Hong Kong Cricket Association to Cricket Hong Kong Limited.

The resolution comes following the rebrand in October last year, which was unveiled with a new logo, and is part of wider governance reform. The meeting is called to officially amend the registered name to the current trading name.

The meeting will take place on the 3rd of July at Olympic House from 7pm.
