Cricket Hong Kong, China have announced the squads for the upcoming Sky Warriors Men’s All Stars Series – a T20 tournament to be held at Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground on Thursday 12th October, Saturday 14th October, Sunday 15th October 2023.

The series will see three teams compete - the Hong Kong Islanders, the Kowloon Lions, and the New Territories Tigers. The teams comprise some of Hong Kong’s best domestic cricketers.

Anshuman Rath will lead the Hong Kong Islanders and the team will be coached by HK Men’s Head Coach Simon Willis. Hong Kong skipper, Nizakat Khan will lead the New Territories Tigers and the team will be coached by Jawaid Iqbal. The Kowloon Lions will be captained by Hong Kong Player of the year Yasim Murtaza and former Hong Kong International Moner Dar will be the Team Coach

“It is an exciting lineup of teams, and we are excited to test the depth of our Men’s Squads” said Robin Gill, Director of Cricket. “This tournament is also the start of our campaign to qualify for the ICC T20 World Cup 2024.” Following the Sky Warriors All Star Series, Team Hong Kong, China will participate in a Tri-Series featuring Nepal and UAE to be hosted by the Cricket Assocation of Nepal and will then play in the ICC T20 World Cup Asia Qualifiers where two teams will qualify to play in West Indies and USA for the 2024 T20 World Cup
